Recently traded in our 2015 Subaru Forester and leased a 2021 Subaru Forester Touring at Bill Rapp Subaru. It was an excellent process start to finish. Matt Montoya was our salesperson and he was exceptional...very knowledgeable and honored our initial trade in price. Matt was able to answer all our questions with no pressure to purchase. I have been a loyal Rapp customer for YEARS!. Their customer service is beyond comparison! They bend over backwards for their customers.nThe sales dept is strong with people like Russ Lee who I highly recommend!nThe service department has so many great employees you would think their name is in the sign out front! Highly recommend this company!

I would like to thank Connie Miller (service manager) for an outstanding experience on 3/31/21 when I brought my vehicle in for an inspection. She had my vehicle In shop right at my scheduled time and had it inspected, washed, and returned within moderate time (never asked for a wash). I am very pleased with her outstanding customer service and knowledge to answer any questions that I had. I have never had my vehicle serviced at Bill Rapp Subaru of a norwich But I can say that I am willing to come back due to the way that I was treated. Thank you for this great experience!

Let me first say my salesman, Jeff was great. However the finance guy, though very friendly, tried pulling one over on me. I agreed to purchase a warranty and he told me he would throw in the rust proofing. When we arrived at the dealership to pick up the car I looked over the purchase contract and saw the price of the car was $2000 more than the original price. Good thing I am very thorough and wouldn’t sign until I knew what the extra charges were. Come to find out it was rust proofing and some lost key warranty. So he tried to pull one over on me and put the charges in the price of the car. Needless to say I wasn’t signing until the rust proofing was removed. Very shady! Looking back I wish I asked them to itemize the additional charges because they probably didn’t even take off the $200 of the original price of the car like they said they would. Lesson learned! Always look over the contract thoroughly before signing!

I brought my car in to the body shop thinking I had a paintless dent on my trunk from ice falling on it. On further inspection the man from the body shop advised me to contact my insurance people as I needed a full out replacement. They were able to arrange a drop off and pickup of a rental car and made my car look brand new! Response time was nearly immediate if I had questions and the work took one week. I’m very impressed with the friendly professional staff.
