My new Toyota exceeds my expectations. I am still getting used the Hybrid functionality. I especially like it’s beautiful streamlined design and the new 2021 front grill. This is my 3rd Avalon. I am hooked.nI would give Bill Delia an A + in salesmanship. He knows his business and relates well to his customers. My experience with Romano has always been exceptional. 5 Stars *****

I just want to say thank you to Bill Delia and Romano Toyota. Bill was very patient with me as I wanted to trade out of my Corolla lease early and get into a Tacoma. I am elderly and he explained everything to me and was patient with all my questions. Thank You Bill for such a pleasurable car buying experience.

Staff was not pushy. Answered questions promptly and to the best of my knowledge honestly. Found a great cx3 2018 had a few minor problems that was promised to be fixed and even put it in writing. Alex was a pretty nice guy to work with. Long as there is no issues Friday when I pick up the car I could see me going back in the future..

This is our third van with Romano. We worked with Zach Tesfai for the first time and we were pleased. We offered a challenge because we wanted to turn in our leased vehicle before we left for Florida on 11/30/20. We set up a meeting in October and that's when we found out the 2021's had not come out yet.nnHe said he would try to get one in ASAP with what we wanted. Mission accomplished, on 11/10 it arrived. We went right in the see it that day and loved it, especially the beautiful green color. Lots of new features to get use to. Zach went over them in detail and we were sold on it. The deal was closed on 11/11/2020.nnWe also appreciate Romano since they stepped up to resolve a problem we had with a Florida Toyota dealer on a repair in 2/2020. Romano reimbursed us for the total cost of the repair the Florida dealer had charged us.
