Our salesperson, Brian Harrington, was initially unavailable so Tom Shallcross jumped in to assist us. Tom was knowledgeable and gave us sufficient time to examine our vehicle of choice. He then started the paperwork needed to complete our purchase. Brian completed our purchase for us and insured that the vehicle was delivered to us on time. Would also like to thank Joe Russell for his part in the completion of the purchase and Caitlin for showing us how to operate all the new technology.
The experience I had at East Syracuse Chevy was great. I went in to fix my tail light and was greeted with excellent service and in a timely fashion. They were also very inviting and kind!
Our Sales Rep, Steve, was awesome. We were just reaching out in preparation for our lease end in March. There was no plan to walk away with a vehicle. Steve kept it simple by asking us what we are looking for and If he could make it happen now whether or not we would be interested. A few days later, we had a new car with a lower payment than the last dealership we went with. Doesn't get any easier than that.
The dealership kept me informed on my vehicles status. Everyone was super friendly and answered any questions or concerns that I had. I’d definitely bring my Chevy back to you guys!! Thanks you so much for the awesome customer service and maintenance on my car!!
