Starbucks

This place is an absolute joke on the weekends. 30+ minute waits for mobile orders. The staff makes their own rules and tells walk-in customers that they only accept mobile orders. Then when the line ebbs slightly, they change their story to “we’ll take your order but you may have a 30 minute wait”. How about Starbucks staffs the store properly during busy times??? What a concept.

Worst Starbucks ever. Staff is completely incompetent and extremely rude. Two days in a row experienced this. Won't be returning for a third try.

I use to be a Dunkin customer for years , I would go up to Marshall St. DD. Faithfully every morning, until one day the manager and woman employees started becoming really rude.. So I started going over to Starbucks and it had been the best move i made in a long time great coffee and the employees couldn't be more helpful and delightful.... 5 stares all the way

Does it reaaly need a post come on its star bucks

Rude staff. Runs out of everything in minutes. One time I was the first one there and my drink took a total of 15 minutes to come out when I ordered first. One time I asked them to mix my drink a little more and they refused. Another time, they ran out of all the foods and she asked me my name three times trying to rush me out of there, rude! Most annoying starbucks i have ever been to.
