Friendly, fastvand my order is always right!

I really wish McDonald's would bring back its salads.

Went to this McDonald’s. The kids were crying. I purchased on the app and tried to pick up in the drive through. The person at the first window verified purchase and sent us through. When we went to the second window, they said they couldn’t find our purchase. I showed them the purchase and that I already paid. I asked if there is anything I could do, they said no, that I have to call the all. I asked if I could just pay again so that I don’t have to go back around in the line. The manager told me that he can’t take a payment at his window and told us that we can either go back in line or come back another day. Never had such a bad experience at McDonald’s. It seems they changed their service standards.

Love the breakfast, but never get enough syrup for the pancakes, even when i ask for extra they never give extra

Great experience, daughters happy came with spicy nuggets by mistake, cashier was friendly and helps us out immediately with no issue! Truly a blessing and a great experience! 5 stars way to go McDonalds Fayetteville!!
