One of the best Starbucks I've been to. The staff are wonderful, kind, and swift. They treat all of their customers well. The drive-thru is quite long most of the day due to the current state of the world, but they are safe and clean to go into and order your food.

Looks filthy inside. With not having to worry about too many people coming inside, the least they could do is not have trash all over the floor by the entrance/exits.nnThe location is too busy and compact. Not the easiest to get in/out of in terms of parking. Awkward go get into the Drive-Thru off of Erie Blvd at times because the entrance is narrow and you block people from accessing other parts of the outlet.nnThe food's okay but overpriced. I could put up with this more if it wasn't a hassle to get in and out.nnAlso, as you're getting out of the Drive-Thru and making a left in the parking lot to face - and exit - Erie Blvd, there is an absolutely massive pothole right in the corner. If you hit it, say bye to your tire and suspension.nnI complain so much about the location, but I feel this is warranted due to this being an extremely new establishment (like, 2019+). They deliberately planned the location and layout very recently and thus I feel the flak is justified.

Service was awful. It's not like Starbucks, very unsatisfied. was there earlier today Friday 2/12, 5:07P. I believe cashier need to be retrained basic customer service skills

The drink was made perfect, and the sales associates had such great attitudes! Especially considering it was quarter to six at night and there was a line! Love it!
