I went in the shop looking for something specific and ended up coming out with someone I did not expect to get. The customer service was absolutely amazing, the owner was amazing with helping me try and find what I was looking for. Overall I 10/10 recommend going here for your prom dress to have an amazing shopping experience!

I had an amazing experience shopping for my prom dress at The Princess Shop! I bought the first one I tried on initially and it was beautiful and I love it! The ladies that work there did an amazing job helping me try on dresses and make sure I liked what I found, their service was amazing!!

AMAZING!!!!! Incredible staff, so kind and experienced!! My daughter is beyond excited!!!! Bought her first prom dress, she had her heart set on only one dress and they were able to get it for her. Can not thank them enough, beyond grateful!!

A wonderful shop with helpful ladies! Everything is organized and they make it simple and less stressful to shop, beautiful dresses and plenty of sizes. If you're looking for a dress, this is the spot!

Was not impressed with the care of the employees, and the sales associates made people in my party uncomfortable and we felt very rushed.
