The Service Department is honest and friendly. They have gotten my repairs completed the first time and has always treated me fairly. It's worth it bringing my car to folks I can trust. Plus they know VW cars better than anyone else in the area.nThere are reasonable measures in place to reduce the spread of viruses like large panels to separate the staff from the customers.

I took my VW in for oil change and inspection at 9820 miles on the car. Was told the car had a oil change done at 5,000 miles and didn't need another until 15000 miles. The question I have is why wasn't I told at 5000 miles the car didn't need a oil change till 10000 miles. I only get two free oil changes. Big black of communication. I feel I was taken advantage of.

I went for a full diagnosis of everything that is was wrong with my car. So i can get everything fixed. I drop it off on a Wednesday and they had it all day for noise to still be there. So i called and spoke to a manager to complain. I was told to bring my car back on a Friday. When i brought it back they gave me a loaner and did the work that they “missed” the first time. The service department manager is very awesome he took care of everything like he said he would. I would definitely be back

They're crooks don't make mistakes and go there. They fixed our 2017 gti and when we took the car there they said it needed a new engine whatever, ordered a new engine and I went there a week later to check on the progress they walked me inside the garage where our car was on the lift and showed me a box saying it was the new engine they just received and they need couple more days to put it in. got the car few days later and was running fine until now there was some knocking front of the car took it there they said that they never changed the engine and there is no warranty for it.
