From the beginning of purchasing my vehicle less than a year ago, I have been very disappointed.I let them know I did not like the vehicle and there was no look of concern about that. The vehicle gets terrible mileage is uncomfortable to rode in, seats cheaply made. Then I noticed one day the fender was offset so took the vehicle back for that and for a noise in the rear. Had to argue with the service department they didn't want to make the rightnI had just bought it and wanted it right,finally they agreed to fix itnLast week o took vehicle for oil change tire rotation and there all around check. They found a broken sway bar in the rear riders side. They wanted to pay for it. I told them to check there notes as to the noise being there and they there was nothing wrong months before. He told me miss it is a steel bar it doesn't just break, then proceeds to tell me there is mud in my tires, I live in the country all roads are not paved, made it sound like I went off roaringnHe went and checked notes and talked to service manager and came back and said he was wrong about sway bat it isn't steel it's aluminum alloy. He said a good pot hole could break it. So I said so I was sold a piece of scrap car he said no I wouldn't say thatnSo I said so the next time I hit a pot hole I can expect to break a sway bar he said np it will be fine. So mow I'm like maybe this vat is not up to country roadsnIt is a ford ecosport suv. Thpugh5 ford was built tough, hmmm. So my experience with this male of car and the dealership has been awful, just sad 5hey can't come up with a solution like trying to get me into something else or even acting like they care that I am unhappy.Wish I kept my Kia,
