Sales process:nLast summer my wife's lease was up on her vehicle. We spent weeks looking for something to get her in. We saw a 4Runner on their website. We went and checked it out and we worked out a deal with the sales team. Everyone was very respectful and in a couple days my wife drove off in her 4Runner.nnService:nI bought my vehicle at another dealership a few years ago. Seeing as how great the sales experience was I figured I would give their service team a shot. I was in the roll of service advisor for 10 years so I am well aware of the challenges that this job brings on. My check engine light came on and was flashing which could be cause for pretty serious concern. After giving service a call they said tow it right in. The truck arrived Wed after closing. This team had it diagnosed and repaired by Friday at 3pm.nnLong story short I highly recommend this group of individuals to everyone. Skilled and trained technicians, respectful service and sales people. They have earned my business moving forward.

I've taken my 2010 Ford Explorer Sport Trac in for repairs three times now. I bought the truck from Don's Ford in late July/early August and have had Nimey's do an oil change, transmission fluid change and do a 4 wheel alignment in January. In the process of this work, they fixed the gaskets on each side of both axles, replaced a wheel hub, and replaced my radiator. Since then I had to have the bolts for my sway arm replaced. The crew at Nimey's have done a far better job of taking care of my truck than Don's Ford has done before the sale of the vehicle.

This place is the best! CONSISTENT, great service is hard to find. I have brought my vehicles here for repairs, tires, and inspections over the years and they have yet to disappoint. Employees are so nice, respect your time, explain what to expect and deliver on it! Highly recommend Nimey’s!
