My experience at the Mohawk St. Stire in Utica NY was horrible. Ordered 2 of the new Crispy Chicken Sandwiches. Had to wait for the sandwiches about 15 min. When we got home and opened the sandwiches they were overcooked and dry on half burned rolls with only 2 pickles on each. No mayo, lettuce or anything. Nothing like how they picture it. Would never order again.
Who doesn't love a mcdonalds burger on a cold day ? Would you turn that down ??
This night crew I had to deal with tonight were continuously slow, I was easily sitting in their line for drive thru over 15-20 mins each time I needed to pick up an order. The crew was particularly rude and often would not respond to me at the speaker.
Coke was flat. Had to pull over and wait girl brought out the wrong order. Food was hot and fresh but missing one medium fry with Travis scott orders.
My fries werent fresh as asked to be done in the first place and my sweet tea wasn't sweet at all and was given unsweetened iced tea instead. I told the employees about it and the store manager and was told that it was sweet and theres nothing that they can do about it.ud83dude44ud83dude44ud83dude44
