Rob Hilton is knowledgeable, professional and efficient. His staff is warm. accommodating and client-oriented. After moving back to New York from living out of state for many years, my husband and I were able to update our wills and other documents, and create a trust with a minimum of fuss. It is all the more remarkable that this was completed while dealing with the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic which meant the firm had to immediately transition into a whole new way of doing business.

I was referred to Hilton Estate & Elder Law because they specialize in Estate Trusts. I live in NYC but due to their excellent reputation with Estate Trusts I chose to travel to Utica which is about a three and a half hour drive. Within three appointments over ten weeks I had a fully executed Estate Revocable Living Trust. During the first appointment we went over my net worth and he explained all the information that he would need for the second appointment. During the second appointment I provided a package with all the requested documents and went over any questions. The final meeting was for me to read through the trust for accuracy and signing the documents. Throughout the entire process they made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend the Hilton Estate & Elder Law for estate planning. They walk you through the entire process and make a generally uncomfortable topic easy to discuss.
