I emailed this tax service in regards to doing my tax return this year, as I started a new small business in 2019. They were recommended to me by a friend, who runs a small business themself. To my surprise I was very disappointed in the lack of communication on their part. After receiving some documents from them, I had a few questions about their business expense data sheet. I called them at 2pm on Tuesday 2/11/2020 and was told I would get a call back. After not hearing from anyone for a few days I called again on 2/14/2020 and was told that the woman who I needed to speak with was out until the following Tuesday (2/18/2020), and was assured that my message was delivered and I would be contacted back. I never received any contact back from anyone at Tax Master in Utica and decided to use another tax service.
