I've sent several individuals to this location on the clock, for them to come back empty handed due to overly uncooperative workers at the counter. I'm not sure how one store has managed to accumulate multiple troublesome workers over only the last month and a half, but its practically rendered the entire location useless at this point. I find myself sending individuals to locations 5-15 miles away for the same products. There has been a large multidisciplinary pool of dedicated individuals with diverse scientific and educational backgrounds on constant hold over these individuals, and I couldnt possibly fathom what the issue would be.
Excellent customer service and products at reasonable prices. The African American customer care staff was just wonderful in providing assistance to customers. She was attentive to our needs with great patience and understanding. I didn't get her name but hopefully her manager knows they has an great employee. Thank you.
