I worked with Dominic and I got a great deal on my new Hyundai Kona Electric. He was so helpful and responsive to all my questions and found the car I wanted. So pleased with the whole process. He made it very easy and painless to buy a new car, that which I don’t necessarily like doing. Thank you Dominic! I am enjoying my new car. ud83dude09

Staff member Dominic Altamura was kind, attentive, professional and knowledgeable. There was minimal waiting and he approached me forthwith inquiring if he could assist me. I had questions referencing the technology in the new 2022 Tucson Plug-in Hybrid. He answered pleasantly as well as showed me what was in stock for 2021 SantaFe and Tucson. All and all it was an informative afternoon visit!!

Searched everywhere for the car i wanted. Came to Yorkville Hyundai with a set idea on what I wanted and they were able to help me make it happen! Absolutely in love with my new car!

Horrible customer service. Vehicle was rusted, and manager tried to say that the rust had done what it had done and wouldn’t get any worse. Was very rude, which was entirely uncalled for. Don’t waste your time here. No respect. Used the classic “we have another person interested in this vehicle so you better buy right now” line. Salesman was nice, but manager was a joke

I purchased a Mercedes 2014 cla250 4 matic with 45,xxx miles on 1/12/21 With a gold package extended warranty . The sales man got me right into the car within 2 days. Everything seemed perfect until less than a week I started to hear a clunking noise in the rear, suspected rear differential after doing some research decided to bring it in. First the service department couldn’t duplicate the problem due to a snow storm which was understandable I took the car back home as I needed to work. A couple weeks later I’m really doing my research and I know for certain it’s the rear end differential bring it in again to be told by the service department that “Sorry I know you just bought the car but they put bad tires on the vehicle that’s where the noise is probably coming from” I take the car again and now the noise is unbearable. I finally call and say it’s not the tires it’s the rear differential. Service tells me they wouldn’t even touch a Mercedes differential or even open to check it as they don’t have the resources for a Mercedes Benz “ if it was a Hyundai it would be done in 2 seconds” I was told I’d have to take it to the Mercedes dealership. I was quoted at $3300 just for the part not including labor. After being told they couldn’t fix it, Hyundai now wants me to bring it back to the shop for a warranty fix they have no clue how to fix. I just want out of this Mercedes. Told them I have had the car less than 60 days, already I’ve had to bring it in for a service A which cost me $325 along with the diagnostic which cost $219. I would love to still do business but not with this car, it was sold with a bad differential and I don’t believe that’s good business on top of the amount I already pay for the car. It’s a $6,000 job that my warranty may not even cover now. It is now 3/5/21 and Hyundai is trying to have my car towed from the Mercedes dealer ship to fix again a problem they told me to go to the Mercedes dealership for.
