Secure Storage of Niagara Falls

We have been using this Storage facility for 3 years now. We could choose one closer to home, but the staff and the services is excellent here and I doubt it would be as good elsewhere. Were staying with these guys.

Mary went above and beyond all expectations for customer service setting up my storage on an urgent basis. This was such a wonderful experience that I have not had in a long time and it sure was appreciated. Thank you so much!

The unit that I rented was $ 162.00 a month. But not really. There was a $ 20.00 administrative fee. There was a $ 50.00 performance deposit, ( not sure what that even means). The unit ended up costing $232.00 for the month. I didn't realize it until I got my bank statement and that's on me. I should have paid more attention to the contract. The people that work in the office were very nice.

Super clean! That was my biggest concern when I was looking for a place to store my belongings. I also needed climate control which they had. I was very impressed with the entire operation. Barb was awesome. Actually, the entire staff was great. Barb called me one day to say they were doing a lock check and noticed that I locked mine without sliding the latch over so it was actually not secure and suggested that I come by ASAP to lock it properly. I was so grateful for that as my entire life was in that storage unit! I would use them again without hesitation and would definitely recommend Secure Storage to family and friends. Oh, did I mention it was SUPER CLEAN!!!
