After 3 trips to this branch I finally get my taxes filed.nFirst of all when doing an intake, ask all the proper questions such as “are you itemizing “ or what are your kids SS #s. I get a call that my taxes are done, not once but 4 times in 2 days by 3 different people...only to walk into nothing printed out for me to sign and the information for the taxes weren’t even completed! Lady at the front desk not to friendly and smoking right in front of the door. Highly unprofessional. First and last time with H & R .

Everyone one at the office is so polite and welcoming. Marilyn Adams explains everything that she does and goes over everything with me in detail. I appreciate her time and expertise.

Bonnie was my tax specialist at the Whitesboro office and she was the sweetest most helpful lady there was. I would suggest going to her and everyone I speak to at the office is so kind.
