Rob is the man!!nnWent in for a last minute scramble gift. Rob assisted me, took down my budget and I also stated dietary constraints for the person who I was giving it to.nnHe told me he wouldn't have it ready for me until the next day, Christmas Eve, which was totally understandable given the timing and holiday rush.nnRob calls me later that same day and tells me I can come pick it up! Now that's SERVICE!nnBasket was beautiful and it contained a perfect assortment. The person who I gave it to was extremely delighted with it and will definitely be visiting Sansone soon.nnExcellent experience and I can't wait to go back to try some of their other offerings.

The food is always fresh and delicious. Great service. Friendly staff. The store is clean, well stocked, great selection. Always a pleasant shopping experience.

Not so-secret specialty store for Italian goods that I love. You can buy everything to make your own pizzas and pastas from scratch. Seafood, gelato and even Italian everyday toiletries and sweets! I give it 4 stars because the prices are not at competitive as other Italian places, but still a must in the neighborhood.

They have such an amazing selection of italian goods. From cheese to breads. Even speciality pasta. It's definitely worth the trip. You definitely won't leave empty handed.

I went to Sansone last week to purchase a gourmet gift basket for Christmas. An employee showed me different types of baskets and price ranges, and I decided on one of their $150 baskets, which, based on the samples they showed me, would contain a huge assortment of imported and specialty foods. I paid the $150, and was told to pick up my basket Wednesday morning (today).nnWell Wednesday morning came, and needless to say I was EXTREMELY disappointed with my basket. A picture is attacked to my review. That is all that is there. A couple of items, most of which I could pick up at King Kullen. For $150, I was given MAYBE $40 worth of products (even at their ridiculously inflated prices). I plead with the manager that this must be a mistake, but alas it was not. The manager was rude and extremely uncaring to my situation, only insisting that this is the gift basket that I had paid for (IT WAS NOT!). At that point, I did not have much choice, as Christmas Eve is tomorrow (a position that they were more than happy to exploit). I did not have the time nor the patience to argue any further and had to leave with my poor excuse for a gift basket.nnWe always try to patronize local businesses, especially as 2020 has been difficult for so many of them, but I will never, never step foot into Sansone Market again after this experience.
