I don’t like to leave negative reviews but these guys at Badshah genuinely earned it. Consider yourself warned.nnIn short, serious, self-respecting business owners simply do NOT interact with customers as over-the-top rude, brash, dismissive, and wholly unreasonable.nnDespite the fact that I don’t live locally, despite the fact that I phoned them within days of my purchase to inform them both pints of Vadilal Treat ice cream were bad/expired (and the woman told me I could return them with my receipt), despite the fact that we are in the midst of a pandemic which complicates every aspect of our lives right now, they are *completely* inflexible with their return/credit policy and ultimately outright refused to give me even a store credit.nnI can live without the eight dollars, that’s not the real issue here. But It’s never a good feeling to know you’ve spent money in an establishment that doesn’t even value their customers enough to address them in a professional, courteous and reasonable manner. A valued customer at Badshah, I assure you, you definitely will not be.nnSo, unless you have a preference for improperly handled/stored dairy products, or unless you enjoy feeling like an inconvenience to the folks you hand your money to, take my advice and shop somewhere else.

Walked in, saw multiple employees putting food/groceries out not wearing a mask or wearing it under their chin. One employee was walking around all the groceries eating food. Walked right out. Did these people forget we are in a global pandemic?!
