Westy Self Storage

This place is very clean and the employee that I dealt with named Tom was incredibly professional and helpful. The prices were a bit higher then I was willing to spend, so I ended up storing my belongings elsewhere, but they get four stars for excellent customer service and cleanliness.

I want to thank all the wonderful and helpful at Westy's in New Hyde Park. Rosa, Tom, and Alicia are always courteous and go the extra mile to be accommodating. The facility is spotless and the service is great. I have been a customer for many years and have never been disappointed. Thank you.

Clean and sanitary. Professionally run and staff are extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I have heard horror stories of other storage facilities being run down, dirty and even infested by rodents and these rodents damaged people’s belongings at those storage facilities. You won’t need to worry about this happening at New Hyde Park Westy Storage as the facility is hospital grade clean and always being cleaned by staff whenever I visit which is several times each week. Bathrooms spotless and sanitary. Easily accessible from Grand Central/Northern State Parkway and/or Long Island Expressway. Highly recommended.

I was beyond impressed with the facilities; the cleanliness, the staff, every aspect was perfect. Rosa and Fara made moving into the storage room and out totally seamless. They were easy to communicate with and always available to answer any inquiries. I had an extremely late move in (many hours after closing,) but Rosa came in at 10 pm to accommodate the move and stayed until the movers were done. This was very much appreciated! I can only give five stars, but would give countless more....

Staff is very professional and friendly. Everything is clean. Convenient.
