Visited Hendrick's Tavern earlier today for a friend's birthday brunch. The staff was very friendly and attentive. As we were walking to our table, almost every staff member that I passed greeted my group. Just from that alone makes you feel comfortable and welcome in an establishment. The server and us were trading jokes through our whole experience. The food and drinks also came out very promptly.nI ordered the calamari for an appetizer and the turkey club for the entree. The both of them were fine. The turkey club was a little dry but still tasted alright. Maybe a bit more mayo would have been good. The calamari wasn't too chewy and the sauce was great that was served with it.nThe ambience was also really nice. The only thing is I wish the outside had a little shade. The sun was glaring in our faces. The setup was nice and spacious.nOverall I wouldn't mind visiting again. I had a great experience and would love to revisit and try their dinner menu.

First of all, the building itself is beautiful. You walk in and its cozy and dim, and then you round the corner and you're walking down a beautiful sunlit hallway and enter a large dining room. This house is old and it feels like in another time, this was some sort of...ballroom. The waitstaff was wonderful! Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The food was great. We got the bone marrow appetizer and it was 4 HUGE bones. Delicious. They also make an AMAZING Blood Orange Negroni.

Excellent service, well plated and carefully executed food - outdoor seating is a great choice in the warm weather. Cocktails are delicious and consistently well made. Highly recommend for couples and groups. I also love the brunch here!

The best place to eat in Roslyn! Each room has a unique cozy and chic ambiance. The staff and food will exceed any expectations. Bartender Brent will make sure your cocktails are nicely taken care of.nIve celebrated many Birthday’s(surprise ones too) and anniversaries here with friends and family; each visit better than the last thanks to Hendrick’s. Their valet is extraordinarily helpful and considering.nDon’t even get me started on their fantastic brunch and their homemade donuts... ❤ufe0f

Great food excellent service.nHad the muscles for appetizers and octopus. Simply amazing. My husband who does not enjoy mussels had at least 10 and loved them. They are prepared in a light coconut sauce with sweet pineapple. I had the fish special which was stripped bass, cooked to perfection. This is our usual stop after the Nassau County Museum of Art. I forgot to mention the truffle fries. Much better than others I’ve had. Sprinkled with cheese too, yumm.
