This place stores all of my things. Every time I go check on my stuff, it’s still there and that’s what I’m looking for in a self storage facility.
This storage facility was the best for the price. The indoor setup is superb compare to other areas. Flood proof.
I was very disappointed renting a unit at this facility. Initially, when I signed up for a climate controlled unit I thought I was getting the best deal in town. Do not let the price fool you. I encountered a lady who lacked empathy and probably could not understand that I genuinely forgot the due date since it was my first month. Needless to say, I was indeed annoyed that I was charged $20.00 for a late fee. When I asked if the late could be waived, she blamed the computer. What a joke? If you are not renting for a full month, they will not prorate. You are better off renting a unit from someone who cares/listens to the customer over their bottom-line.
I was there with a friend. The place seems clean and well kept. There are indoor units, climate controlled units, and regular out door units.
Staff was very friendly and answered all my questions.
