Carousel Cottage Learning Center

We placed our child on the waiting list prior to my deployment. However, we were never contacted. Once I returned from my deployment, I contacted them weekly. After four months, our child was accepted. Shortly after I was placed on orders to Korea. After being at the daycare for only three months (while I was away) the daycare decided to let our child go stating our child’s behavior was out of order. Yet, our child had never been written up. We were contacted by one of their previous employees who informed us that our child did not have bad behavior. She also informed us that she had quit due to the way the daycare treated some of the children. For this facility to be a back up for Fort Campbell’s CDC yet they don’t have patience for Military Children is truly discouraging. When Soldiers deploy they want to know that their family is safe and taken care of in their absence. To know that my Spouse struggled with child care while working and I was away hurt. This facility was not understanding. I feel as though our child was released to make room for other children (people they knew). Once our child had been relocated with another Daycare facility, we never had anymore issues. As a matter of fact our child has constantly been commented on how well behaved they are and how advanced they are. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. They claim to have a Curriculum that included teaching children Spanish and having cameras where you can check in on your child but we never experienced that. This is not to bash the facility but to bring awareness.

I used to go here and it's been like 4 years I bet they still have the great people that work there and maybe some new people it was really nice they're really nice to the poeple that work there or have too go there

I went there five years ago and miss it terribly! They had super nice staff and nice activities for children!
