Wonderful museum in the Bryant mansion. Lovely grounds to walk. A great place to visit.
Lovely place for walking, if you do not wish to view the indoor art exhibit.
This is Cedarmere, the country home of American poet William Cullen Bryant. Lovely quaint gardens, pond and walking trails overlooking Roslyn Harbor. The home is only open for tours by appt. But they have ample parking and picnic tables on the grounds if you want to lunch. Also the veranda of the house has rocking chairs to sit and look out over the gardens and harbor. Just lovely and peaceful.
Beautiful well maintained property with ample parking, lots of space, and easy access
The location is lovely to go to for some change of scenery when you want to leave the depression of suburbia. This is a place worth going to, infinitely better than any outing to Eisenhower Park or any similar location on Long Island.
