Hidden gem. It is not stroller friendly however lot of space for kids to run around. They also have a nice spot to do wedding ceremonies.
Literally my favourite place on earth, I’ve been coming here annually for over ten years and I don’t see that changing any time soon. All the birds are amazing and the staff are so friendly and helpful, the enthusiasm they show in the bird displays every day is clearly genuine and their contribution to the conservation of endangered species is incredible. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone who loves animals, if I lived nearby I would apply for a job myself. Keep up the good work, you wonderful people!

What a beautiful place for a short walk or just to sit. So peaceful.
Quaint little lakeside park that has been nicely remodeled over the last few years! There are multiple little cute buildings on the premise that are great for pictures (have seen multiple engagement shoots here!) Including a greenhouse. There are a few picnic tables and benches, restrooms on premise, and two small parking lots. Great place for a picnic, stroll, or photoshoot. Also close to some great local shops.
