Lou's team previously completed a project in my home, so when I was ready for my next project I did not hesitate to call Lou. His crew is professional, on time, and does a great job.
Horrible. I used Lou 3 times, the first 2 were excellent. The third time he must have figured that my house was complete and I wouldn't need him so he sent the worst crew! No attention to detail. I had to point out big areas , like 2 inches square that they missed above a door. They sanded nothing, so I had Lou come back and I pointed out all the areas that looked bad. The team came back, rushed through and left. Now, less than 2 years later all my trim is peeling because those surfaces were never sanded. DO NOT USE HIM. The peeling pictures are places we need touched up, the door handle was properly done by the first crew.
