I was at work my wife ordered food for the kids and got it and it looked like someone stepped on my food my wife calls back and Diane the gm said she wasn’t going to send any more food because I live there and I use to work therenThat shouldn’t be a problem to have my families food remade I really think Diane’s employment should be redetermined She’s the only reason I left she’s lazy and make everyone else do her job I hope someone will contact me about this before I put other things out there
This pizza hut here in oak Grove KY is always good and the customer service is wonderful. I have not had a problem with my food at all when I order from them. Keep up the great work and continue serving good quality food.
Absolutely terrible service. My pizza was delivered at 9:25 without the sauce and drinks and the delivery man said he would be right back with our drinks and sauce. Fast forward to 9:55 and still no drinks. I called the Pizza Hut twice, both staying on the line for 7 minutes. Now they are closed and no one is answering.
First time ordering food down here!!! Connor made my experience over the phone so good!!! Should definitely be promoted with a raise. Haven't even got the food yet just had to review the employee!! Great hire
