Called for a lock change in the middle of the night and the locksmith came over in 20min. He was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely call them again! Thank you so much!
Nick install for us a Mul-T-Lock when we moved into our new house 3 months ago on all our doors , and they did a great job. We reached out to them again last week to have some locks rekeyed. And again very pleased. Highly recommend.
He came to my office and was able to fix the broken lock very quickly. He was able to come within 30 minutes of my calling and took 15 minutes to replace the lock. He was also able to duplicate the key for my other associates with the next 15 minutes once I was in the office.
Terrible customer service!! I called him out to unlock my car at 8:30 am. They said tech was on his way. After 1 hour, Called them again to check where he was, They said technician is on his way again. 10:30 techniciannstill not here. He ended up coming 1PM!!!! Original eta was 20 minutes. When i complained about it, He said “typical, white trash” and walked away to leave. Very unprofessional, not the best way to treat a customer!!
Really the Tech was efficient, fairly priced and prompt. No complaints at all. Definitely recommend if you.thank you
