Just Cozy

Worst customer service ever. Purchased five pairs of pants all the same size two of them are clearly not the right size even though they stay there and medium contacted the company and was treated like garbage. First person said oh yes we will replace them a month later after not hearing back from them message them again and basically was told to go pound salt. Whoever made these pants made them poorly. They don't have change room so you can try them on to make sure and I mean why would you if you already own a pair of medium and they fit purchasing more the same size should be simple. Thankfully I bought them on sale. I really regret telling people how amazing these pants are to find out upon purchasing more that they are horrible.
