Called to have Awning frame removed for new roof and reinstall in spring! Quoted me 500 Dollars to remove and They will call me when in area! Came home and Canvas Awning Removed,Frame still on roof!! AJ Your Fired! Chris my roof was being installed this September! You weren't involved in phone call so I suggest get your Facts Correct and Customer Service! Your Fired!

So far so good..I will relate when my awning is up..5 stars to my salesman Mike!!! Awning is up!!!! !! All I can say to keep it short is outstanding company 5 stars from start to finish salesman Mike , frame installers , cover installation, three weeks early, came home today and to my surprise there it was... I was amazed..thank you soon much to all !!!

By far the absolute worst business in customer service! The employee and management staff do not communicate with each other. Over the last 5 years of having the awning I have been given the run around from install, take down, and cleaning. My husband and I have finally given up and removed the awning. It is not worth the constant headache of broken promises and miscommunication. Lastly I was charged $65.00 for a delivery fee that was never communicated to me. Keep in mind I spoke directly to the secretary and manager of the delivery team not once, but twice. The products are great, but the frustration of dealing with the staff is not worth it.

From Chris in sales to AJ and Brian with installation, this has been a wonderful experience. The awning looks great. I will recomend them to anyone that needs a new awning. Keep up the good work.
