What an amazing experience I had especially with that young lady “ellie.” She handled my order with extreme urgency today and it was so good that when i finished my long shift at work today I had to go back and review her to ensure that no one believes what icki v!cki says or that absolutely absurd daffy mcdonald person had to say. Obviously a fake account with no concern as to what the employees do when they’re being slammed upside down and sideways with orders while they’re also clearly understand and need new management. If the employees worked any slower, they'd be going in reverse

The Worker “Ellie” at Starbucks was giving us attitude and treated us rudely for no reason. And after we asked her to scan a barcode she refused? Our drinks are good I guess but another worker made them when she sat in the back. Terrible service..

while we were ordering we asked “ellie” with the brown hair and the purple streak to scan our gift card but she refused and the other girl made the drink while”ellie” just sat in the back on her phone! She was giving me dirty looks and being disrespectful! Customer service was bad! You are supposed to be respectful to your customers but she was the opposite.

Customer service was bad. It was my first time ever at a Starbucks and the person helping me was not helpful at all. I guess they think everyone who walks in knows how your supposed to order. Plus the prices for the merchandise is not marked. Probably not going back
