I usually never have a wait when i make an appointment. Crezia usually does my hair n she's amazing. Only reason i gave it 4 stars is because they should do week day promotions for discount blowouts. Instead of 49$ always being the set price
Today was my first visit to Dry Bar Roslyn. Alessandra was super. I enjoyed my entire experience. I left with a beautiful blow out and feeling relaxed! I look forward to my next visit. Thank you.
Today I just was served at your Roslyn Heights location and the stylist was dressed like she just came out of bed, her hair looked terrible but that’s not even the worst part. While she was using the flat iron on me she burnt the back of my neck, which still hurts! Then she asked me where I wanted the part. I replied in the middle but she parts my hair to the left ! This honestly feels like 50 dollars down the drain!
So rude and unprofessional. The manager runs the business like high school and only takes her friends over other customers and will do her own hair first. I will never go back to another Drybar I would not recommend going especially if you are a bride and bridal party.
Clean, pretty place with a super friendly technician. Conveniently located with ample parking. Can’t wait till the next appointment!
