Visited this hair salon for the first time to get an inexpensive olaplex treatment. The salon was clean and the staff were extremely friendly. The lady doing my treatment walked me through every step and constantly checked up on me. My hair feels absolutely amazing after my treatment and I can definitely see a change. I 100% recommend this salon and will be coming back!

Based on good reviews I decided to give it a try, although I noticed a few negative reviews which relates them being rude, and negative attitude. I came by to get my color done, they greeted me well and were very professional. Before getting anything done we had a consultation and I stated I would like to go lighter but I do not want to use bleach, due to personal reasons. They strongly stated “we never use bleach “ which I found very surprising, They said “they use wella color called blonder” I agreed and got my process done I was getting really anxious and nervous to see that he was applying a blue mix which looked to me like bleach not color. ( I’ve gotten my hair done plenty of times I know the difference between the two ) I decided to not mention anything throughout the process thinking they know what they’re doing. The end result was that my hair was bleached when specifically i asked not to. I am very disappointed it’s a false advertisement because they make you believe what’s not true! Throughout my years coloring my hair I know that in order to get lighter in color you need to get bleached, which now in days they can call bleach/lighter definitely not color. If they were being honest from the start and not money hungry to give false info, I wouldn’t waste my time and money here. When I got home I decided to do some research to the product they mentioned I came across that Wella blonder is actually a bleaching powder mix, attached is the proof. Please guys don’t be fooled by them saying they don’t use bleach they obviously do. They need to be honest with clients since they charge so much.

I have been coming to this salon for over five years now and am completely obsessed! It’s clean, the staff is beyond friendly and Hakan is a color God! My hair was in desperate need to be fixed and balanced and boy did he deliver! I travel from Howard Beach to get my color, cut and blow outs! His blow outs last days! And-if it wasn’t for my hair growing out the color stays untouched- all summer and winter long! Worth the travel from where ever you are!nHakan- attentive, kind, caring and expert at his trade!nA must try- you will not be disappointed!
