My son and I have been training with Master Kwons for ~3 years now and it has been a exceptional experience that is very kid friendly as Master have young kids and know how to navigate. For CV-19 concerns, offered zoom classes and in-person with precautions taken (spacing, masks, temperature). My son is a active child and they taught him mental discipline and respect for all and loves going to class. They ensure you learn the art and treat everyone as a extended family. For adults, good exercise and skill learning. Highly recommend for new and existing practitioners!

We are so happy to be part of Kwon's Wellness and we love Mr. Eric! He sets a perfect example for teaching discipline while the students have fun! My son has shown a great improvement not only on his gross motor skills, but on his self control, and listening skills! We highly recommend this school of Martial Arts!

We have been active members of Kwon’s for almost 5 years and we are grateful for their continued professionalism and growth mindset in helping our children grow. I have personally seen the changes made in efforts to provide better quality experiences at the studio and really appreciate the efforts. When the pandemic hit, they again adapted to provide the best possible experiences for the kids while everything was shut down. My youngest (5) has now also started there and I can see him physically stronger and socially/emotionally stronger from the online classes he has been taking with Mr. Eric. Easily the best decision we made in sending our kids to Kwon’s - not just for physical conditioning but for their focus on morals and leadership.

We really love the classes at Kwon’s Wellness. They are serious about the welfare of their students and make every effort to ensure that classes are safe and clean for everyone. Hands are sanitized between routines and also before kids drink water.nnAside from cleanliness, I also appreciate their focus on respect, self discipline, and confidence.

What a wonderful place! The atmosphere is great, the staff attentive and my kids (3 and 5) enjoy being there. I love how they help the kids building their confidence.
