Friendliest Loves I have been too. Every one was in a good mood on the multiple times I went in. Anytime the call was made to do touch point cleaning, an employee immediately stopped doing their task at hand and started touch point cleaning ( even the manager!) When my hands were full I was offered help by a manager. I will definitely be coming back to this Loves.

Fairly new location so the place just feels clean. It has a shop, 9 showers,a restaurant and laundry available for drivers. Decent size lot and spacing for truck parking.

So, one of our Technician's attempted to walk in the Pilot Truck Stop in Oak Grove KY, forgetting to wear his mask. The clerk singled him out and said you can turn around! I have been with the Pilot Fuel Card system for more than ten years. I called Loves Truck Stop and spoke with Keith. Told him what had taken place. Keith said send him over here! If he doesn't have a mask we will get him one. I am impressed to say the least!! Thanks Keith and you now have our business!!

Wow! This new Love's is fantastic! Extremely clean with LOTS of room for parking! They have really set the bar high for other truck stops! They have the largest showers I have ever visited. So clean and tidy! The store has so much to check out. Including....... lots of knickknacks!nWhoohoooo! Love it! The staff working were very friendly and extremely nice! Like, they were actually happy to see you.nI know! They made you feel welcomed as soon as you step inside the door! Got my fingers crossed that it'll stay this way.ud83eudd1e Bonus for our fur babies: they have two huge dog parks! One for the big dogs and one for the wee ones!

I stopped here to fill my truck and grab a cup of coffee. While I was getting a cup of coffee the employee April was right in my personal space not social distancing at all. She couldn't wait the 2 seconds for me to finish filling my cup of coffee before putting the cups away? I have never had a loves employee do this at any other location across the country. Is this just a backwoods Kentucky thing not acknowledging personal space?
