Well this is the 2nd Flying J in 3 days where I wanted to do laundry but ran into problems. Can y'all please maintain your facilities and equipment? Maybe you could scavenge some spare parts from the Pilot down the street and zombie together a fully functional truck stop.

If you are mopping the floor. I do not want your dirty mop hands touching all over my food and drinks. Other than the rude mop boy who didn't know what he was doing. This place is just another truck stop.

Every time there is a problem here. Today the pumps do not work and the tire air hoses do not work for most of them. The pumps are down pretty often here. The fuel pistols do not work well you have to hold to stay on and alot of the DEF pumps do not work well. There is always a big line of people and only one person working both the register and fuel/scale desk. The machine that prints shower and fuel receipts has been out for a long time and people have ro wait in line for a receipt. Im here 6 days a week paying over $500 in fuel and its the same thing every day. Better go to Love’s on exit 27. Do not come here. Respect your money!

My boyfriend and I had a wreck totaling my car on the interstate. We was dropped off at this location. We unfortunately was stranded many hrs waiting for day time to be rescued. Instead of chasing us off talking in any disrespected manner. No the staff and manager went above and beyond with empathy and customer service. They was breaking every object inside down and cleaning so well. The staggs attitude was positive. I cant Thank you enough. Wish more was like you.
