I was at this Burberry store earlier today and had a extremely unpleasant experience with the manager Janette. She was very unhelpful when I needed to return a brand new purse which I had a receipt for and was under 30 days. I spoke with a customer service representative on the phone who explained I would be able to make the return but she refused. It was very unprofessional, I have never experienced such terrible service before in my life.
