Beautiful store and displays. Very friendly and helpful staff!!

This a large J. Crew location with a plethora of clothing for men, women, and children. The store employees are very helpful and friendly. Ordering online and picking up an item from the store is very easy and quick.

Some of the sales girls are arrogant and act like they own the store.

I give this location 0 stars. I asked one of the girls, who by the way never got out from behind the cash wrap (all three of them), a simple stock check question. The amount of push back I received from the associate, eye rolls, sighs etc..was absolutely terrible, unprofessional and uncalled for. It was clear I was annoying her. As a store manager in retail myself, I pride myself and my team on customer service. Of course there are times that there are difficult clients but at the end of the day it is the job of the employees to do the best by the company. When I walked away after receiving her rude response she began to talk about me to the associate next to her. I am still confused as to why she was so annoyed?! I will never recommend this location to anyone! Retail is a small world!
