I called to make an appointment and they said they were booked for the day, but I can come as a walk in, and that they weren't that busy for walk ins. I went in and was greeted with their doorman, Terrance. He claimed that there were five people before me, and because of that, he couldn't even put my name on the list. Didn't seem to really care for my business and told me that there wasn't really a point of waiting around to get in. It's horrible customer service, and I will not be going back to that location again.

My 5 Star Experience is based on no other than my SA Arianna. She guided me through the whole boutique upon my arrival and gave me impeccable service today! Not only did she show me product but gave me amazing suggestions on what to purchase today. Hermès please keep doing what you’re doing as you know WHO to hire for your boutiques. Cant wait to come back and see Arianna again!!

I received the Oran sandal and needed to switch sizes. I went to the Manhasset store and Evelyn helped me through every step of the way. The level of professionalism, knowledge about the shoe and kindness she portrayed was way beyond my expectations. I had to come back multiple times to get the size I needed because it wasn’t in stock and Evelyn always called me as soon as they got my size in. She was truly a pleasure to work with and made my Hermes experience seamless and enjoyable. Shari Hoffman, the store manager was extremely helpful and kind as well- dealing with both of these wonderful ladies was a delight. They are both an example of impeccable customer service. I will definitely be back to purchase more with Evelyn. Thank you ladies for an unforgettable experience!

Shari Hoffman, the manager at this location is so attentive, kind, and helpful. She helped me over the phone to get my new Clic H bracelet, she explained everything to me carefully. Shari is so detail oriented, and truly very professional. You can tell she has a lot of experience in the industry and is very knowledgeable about the products.
