A friend and I walked into this place on a casual Sunday. He was making a return and I was making a purchase. What can I say besides the fact that this store initially didn’t offer the warm fuzzy feeling that the polo bear is supposed to provide. The representative helping my friend showed disinterest in helping him. Made him feel as if it was inconvenient to her that he was making a return. I was waved off by 2 different sales people and I was told to go to different departments to make something as small as a gift card purchase. Other staff members made direct eye contact with me and never even acknowledged I was there or decided to ask if I needed any help. Being waved off by the first salesperson I understood as she was already helping a client the second however it seemed she decided it wasn’t worth her time even though she was already next to a register. Only reason I haven’t given this rating 0 stars is that the staff member LYNEE who ultimately ended up helping me was very sweet and professional. Lynne asked how she could help me and She packed the gift card up in a nice box then wrapped a fancy red bow on it. She made casual conversation so it didn’t just feel like a money hungry business transaction. She also sent a follow up email thanking me for my business. THANK YOU LYNNE and Happy Holidays! For the record I only posted this review because I called in and asked for a sales-manager the next day then was told I would be given a call back. Guess what? No one called me back.

Staff was amazing and had tons of energy. Made me feel welcome. First time at this location and definitely not my last.

I honestly wish I knew about this store years ago. It's a very big store, it does not look as big as it is from the street. They have clothes that you will not find in Department stores and it feels like they are having a sale every time I go in there

Terrible customer experience. I went holiday shopping with my friend to pick out Christmas card children outfits. There was virtually no sales associates in the department and the on associate that was assisting clients completely ignored us. Her clients were clearly her friends or someone that she know personally as she was picking outfits for an employee discount.nnafter pulling multiple items and it looked like it was going to be a big sale, another associate popped up to pull items for us. After we closed out the sale we notice that there were sale items that were clearly pulled from the sale section that we charged full priced. We exclaimed that these those items were found in the sale section and identical to the other items in that section but shown in a different color. The associate said that is how the manager Jaimie merchandises but mixing sale with full price. We then left the store and went online and noticed that the items that we purchased full price were actually on sale. So dishonest, we will be returning those items. Not Luxury at all. Shop there at you own risk!
