The manager was a nightmare. Absolute nightmare. The manager who wasnt a manager referred to me as my husbands mother. Which was a total knowing insult. The girls think they are selling gold but are super dismissive and rude. The only customer service was repulsive. They need to hire real professionals. Not girls who are just there to dress windows. It really is zero stars. People need need to know they are selling a product they dont own the product.

Went in and was helped by Emily. She was very patient and helpful in my search for some new gear for work. Thank you for all of your help!

Staff was friendly and helpful. I went in to get two pairs of leggings hemmed and the color of the thread came back greenish black and doesn’t match the rest of the leggings. I know they send their items out to get tailored. The leggings are amazing and will be returning for them.

Used to be a good store. Not any more. The line outside is way less than 6 ft apart. Heat outside is unbearable and nobody cares to bring some shade, mist etc. Salespeople inside are running around barely noticing the customers. I know it’s different now, but some brands make the best they can and some don’t.

Everyone in the store was helpful, polite and super welcoming. Thank you for an awesome visit.
