I had never been in this place before. My sister-in-law bought something from here, didn't like it, then gifted it to us. Well, we didn't like it either, so I was volunteered (voluntold) by my wife to return it.nnThis is not a store for guys. It has candles, fancy towels, and some womens clothing. I didn't bother looking downstairs. Maybe that's where they hide all the hunting gear and other cool stuff that I would have liked, but I'm sure that's not the case.nnThis is like a smaller, more expensive Pier One Imports, and in my opinion, will unfortunately probably go bankrupt or go online-only based on its narrow focus, niche, approach and high rent.

This store is always nice to visit as it is open and gives a comforting vibe. In general prices are on the hefty side but if you go when they have deals you can snag some awesome things.nnI gave three stars because yesterday was the first time I was rejected from the store. According to all sites checked this Anthropologie is open until 6pm EST. Yesterday I rushed over to make a large return (it's nice to be able to return online buys in store) and was rejected at 5:37pm EST. There was still plenty of time.nnAccording to the manager they were closed or closing... But there was still a line of people at the register to check out. And on top of that a lady came in after me and made a stink about coming to look at plates. After not much effort she was allowed in to go check out plates. Seriously?!?! What if she wants to buy them?? She can go on line but I couldn't wait during that timeframe.nnAlso, you only close 30min earlier because of Covid-19 on Sunday?? Does that mean the store fills up with germs throughout the week? And how can you possibly thoroughly clean the store in 30min???nnSome lady came in a bit after me and the plates woman and had a tiny return to make. Literally would have taken no more than two minutes for her. She was also rejected.nnSeems like the manager didn't want to make any returns that evening. It really sucks because I live far away from any Anthro stores and to have to be told no when online it looked like a yes... And not just me but all the other ladies mentioned the same thing... The manager should have seen that as a red flag and allowed all of us to do our thing whilst she corrected the problem.nnShe claimed she tried and didn't know how to change it. Well I just put a request in with Google to correct it. Wasn't that hard.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience. They got nice merchandise, modern and clean store. Great!!

Great store love the warm earthy feel

This is an awesome clothing store. My wife loves it. I love their clothes too. The staff in this store is very good and friendly. They will help you in selecting. The brand is awesome. Make you stand out from the rest of the crowd
