Great Neck Hardware

I bought caulking and a caulking gun. When I got it home, the caulking just dripped out. It might have been old. When I tried to return it, I didn't even get my full sentence out before the owner started arguing with me. He said the caulking was fine. It just dripped and could no way be used. He refused to hear my argument and I left without a refund. I will never return to this store. It's in a convenient location to my home and I've gone there numerous time but never had to return an item before.

I've patronized this store many dozens of times over the past decade. Regrettably, one of the staff accused me of lying when attempting to return a defective item (with a receipt, one day after purchase), and the owner doesn't feel that he should wear a mask while in his small store. Never again, I will take my business elsewhere.
