This place make best Irish cream cold brew. Very clean also friendly staff. I definitely recommend.

Update #2 (March 2021):nI don't know why it says there is a dine-in option, as all tables and chairs had been blocked off and for good reason.nLove the staff! Real hard-working sweethearts! Give these baristas love!nnUpdate #1 (March 2019):nThis location finished renovation and now it doesn't look beat-up. More chairs and less basement sofas lol. Still a great place to have a conversation or do work.nnOriginal review:nIt's a popular spot all year, but things calm down at night, which is nice. I actually get a lot of work done here.nnThe baristas works hard and I know that because of how they work during high customer volume hours. Also, they have rarely gotten my drink wrong--and I'm one of those soy milk people!nnJust a nice place to chill.nnOne thing though: Sit at the long tables by the entrance and you'll freeze in the winter. Finding a good seat can be rough at times, so bring a coat.

I tried to order a hot chocolate with cinnamon and was told I was trying to order a mocha latte repeatedly. When I tried to correct them they insisted I was stupid and there was not such drink. I have never drank coffee in my life, but often get a Starbucks hot cocoa with cinnamon to warm me up on cold days. Their attitude was disrespectful and uncalled for. Do not go here.

So generally when you get a responsibility of shift supervisor there are certain things you should be taught.nn1. Customer is always rightn2. Don’t argue with a customer who is paying for a product just make it the way they like it. ( if I wanted to drink slightly flavored tap water I can make it myself. If I’m paying $5 you should make it perfect not your definition of perfect. )n3. When a customer comes near closing and you are at the door it’s probably a good idea to let the customer get his order considering it’s someone who comes to your establishment every day.

The staff was friendly, very helpful and respectful. The store is clean. Parking is plentiful.
