In March I placed an order of teas for myself, which I picked up because I live nearby, and for a friend in Washington state. In both cases, the orders were smoothly and quickly processed. My order was ready for pickup that afternoon. The order to Washington was shipped the next day for a reasonable flat fee. This efficiency seems rare these days. Also, I’m working my way through a sampling of black teas, and enjoying the flavors and freshness. Wonderful stuff and a gentle kick of caffeine for late in the afternoon. Although you have to order online, the actual store (closed for the epidemic) is in Manhasset. I love that I can support a local business and get great service and products. This is my go-to place for gifts for friends.

I've been purchasing the Bard's Tempest (a strong black tea blend) fairly regularly for a few years. Not only do I absolutely love the tea but the shipping is LIGHTNING fast! Also, when I have had questions, the customer service has been super helpful.

This review is for the Jasmine YinHao tea. It has no aroma, no flavor. I've been drinking this tea every morning for 30 years, from different vendors. The staff is friendly (although they would only give me a store credit and then for cost of tea only--as is their policy--so it wasn't worth shipping cost two ways to return it). I got no response to email or first phone call, and second phone call was informed of their policy.

Over 250 High Quality, Premium Organic and Kosher Loose Leaf Teas and Tisanes. Wonderful selection of T-sachets, as well. Excellent service. Amazing experience. Call ahead if you are in a hurry because everything is small batch blended and hand packed. Great website to check out before visiting.
