Store too big to get in and out of quickly.nnWent to Customer Service to ask for location of a product I was looking for. Sadly woman behind counter shook her head, said she wasn't sure where it might be. I asked if she could ask someone or look it up in store directory. Unfortunately, she began talking to an employee who had come to the desk. I waited patiently for about 3 min, hoping the woman would return to our conversation and try to find the location of the item I needed. However, it was clear she was not going to help me.nnVery disappointed with my experience. There are many good, friendly, helpful employees for which I have been very appreciative, however she was not one them. There was no Customer Service at Customer Service.
All Wegmans are wonderful...unless it's the 10-star Pittsford Plaza Wegmans which is even better. Plenty of parking here unlike the East Avenue location.
Shopping at wegmans is always a pleasure but this store goes above and beyond. The staff are always kind and helpful and the store is always spotless. Couldn't ask for a better environment in these tough times.
The quality and food options are outstanding.nMy Kudo today is the fresh flower selection has cheered me through the Pandemic. TY
We are so fortunate to be able to shop at Wegmans. It is actually a pleasure. No wonder Wegmans is at it near the top in Everyone's favorite grocery store poll.
