The trails themselves are lovely. I pass by regularly on my way to the grocery store and today decided to stop for a quick look around. Unfortunately, though, during my 30 minute walk, I encountered two people with their dogs off leash and one person leaving her dog's poop right near the trailhead (despite offering her one of my plastic bags). I also saw a good amount of dog poop on the trail I took, in addition to about four plastic poop bags left along the trail. It's unfortunate people aren't taking better care of this area.
Love getting lost here everytime. Seems like such a small place but so winding. Lovely ravines and hills.
Took 6 yr old and 3 yr old and while it was on the more difficult side for them it was still really enjoyable. Because of how the trails are split up you can spend 30-60-90 etc minutes doing reasonable hikes.
This was nice and moderate. The ups and downs are nice resistance. I only finished half of this trail but I'll be back to finish the rest. There are little trails in between too. It was nice to have a map because I'm terrible with direction. There are different colored trails. You can take a picture of the map at the start of the trail. I parked at the Garnsey rd. Parking lot.
Nice hike if you like hills, old woods, and traffic noise.
