I tried the new jalapeno popper sandwich, it was really good. The flavors complimented each other. On the other hand, I had the bacon pub fries. I thought they were horrible!

Drive thru wait was way too long. Workers seemed stressed and short handed. Food was cool, not hot. This was my second visit since they remodeled store which was a year or so ago. First visit was same way. I don't think this store is managed well. This is the one on Buffalo Road in Gates. I will not be back to this location.
