Laser Skincare of Rochester is beyond amazing. Melissa, has been doing my treatments & she is sweet, kind, and very knowledgeable about the various treatments. Every single treatment I have received so far has been nothing less than amazing. Clean and courteous environment both prior to as well as during the pandemic. They are very mindful to ensure safety not only for their clients but for everyone, and that’s reassuring. The owner, Monica, is also very sweet and extremely knowledgeable. Their years of experience and expertise make me feel so at ease. I will continue to come and support these amazing ladies and refer as many family and friends as I can. Thank you ladies for all you do.

Melissa is just wonderful! I’ve been going to her before and during the pandemic (when able by local law), and I’ve had nothing but a professional and positive experience. She is always so friendly and upbeat. Social distancing, masks and cleanliness are strictly enforced here, which makes it safe for both staff and clients alike. I’ve enjoyed all the treatments I’ve gotten from her, and plan on continuing more in the future. Highly recommend for laser hair removal or hydrafacial experiences!

I love this Spa and can’t recommend them enough! The spa is beautifully set up and they go above and beyond with sanitation measures (especially during covid). Melissa who does my treatments is very friendly and professional and the owner is great too. I am about half way through my laser hair removal and I am absolutely loving the results so far! I also like that they have the option to pay for laser treatments per session.

The staff is super friendly and makes your whole experience warm and welcoming. Melissa is the best for laser hair removal! She always helps make the visit not awkward and she is able to hold a conversation throughout the process making it fly by in no time. The office is super clean and sanitized as well! Definitely recommend.

Melissa has been amazing. I received the IPL Photofacials on my face. It has improved my skin tremendously. Before the treatment, my face was blotchy and I had very noticeable, dark sun spots. After treatments, my skin is more even and my sun spots have almost completely disappeared. I am so happy with the results and I would recommend this treatment to anyone that feels self-conscience about their skin. Melissa is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure that I am happy with my results.
