I have had the absolute pleasure to experience Genevra's teachings. Her passion, love , belief and commitment shine through in her class sessions. Yoga is a life style. Genevra is mindful of the needs of her students, the timing the body's needs to the seasons, as well as celebrating individuals abilities. She knows the profound benefits yoga has on the whole of a person, mind, body and soul, and teaches to all of it. I love the challenge her Monday Class provides. I leave feeling 10 ft tall, accomplished, nurtured. The next day I am not sore but feel like I took indulgent care of myself. The flow of the class is lovely, challenging and transcending. Having the opportunity to meet and learn from Genevra has enriched me in so many ways! Thank you for the gifts you have given me!
I've worked with Genevra for several years. I worked with her as a personal trainer when I was injured, and later went to her yoga classes. One time she worked with me when I was working abroad and needed a custimized routine. She is incredibly knowledgeable, yet accessible. She is particularly good at revealing your strengths and working with you at your comfort level. So you are challenged, yet feel you are in safe hands the entire time. I highly recommend her services!
Genevra's yoga classes are a real treat. She is attentive and thorough, but not judge-y. The practice she offers is challenging yet attainable and super energizing. I always leave her class feeling relaxed, alert and stronger. Highly recommended.
